Jim Gregory, President & CEO

Jim joined American Driveline Systems in 2014 as he was passionate about the Company’s brand heritage and long term growth opportunity in the automotive aftermarket.  Prior to joining ADS, Jim was a Principal investor at American Capital, a private equity and asset management company with over $20 billion in assets under management.  During his tenure at American Capital, Jim served on a Board of Directors for businesses across a variety of industries.  His experience includes controlling equity investments and successful exits in businesses across a variety of industries, add-on acquisitions, capital raising, refinancing transactions, and new product development, geographical expansion and executive team building.

Rob Rajkowski, COO

089d248Rob has served as our Chief Operating Officer since February 2014. He is also currently, and has been since February 2014, Chief Operating Officer of ACI, ADC, and ADCC. From November 2009 to January 2014, he was Chief Marketing Officer for Heartland Automotive Services Inc. in Irving, Texas. From January 2003 to October 2009, Rob was General Manager for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., in Akron, Ohio.


Bonnie Oswald, CIO

Bonnie joined the American Driveline Executive team (ADS) as their CIO in May 2017. Bonnie is a business-centric CIO with a proven track record partnering with business leaders to improve service delivery, grow revenue, and reduce operating costs and have worked with firms such as Misys, SAP, and SunGard/FIS. She is a results-oriented executive with over 19 years of experience in creating vision, driving adoption and execution of game-changing technology initiatives. Those initiatives span from large back-end innovation programs to client facing transformations that leveraged enabling technologies in the SAAS/PAAS, Big Data Management, In-Memory Computing, ERP, CRM, and the Digital/Mobility space. Bonnie is an active member of the local Women in Technology groups, and also served as the Outreach Coordinator for Techgirlz,a non-profit organization which empowers girls to become future technology leaders.

Bonnie hails from Ohio, the automotive and rubber belt, and attended Kent State University, majoring in Accounting, and Penn State’s graduate studies center eCommerce program. She currently resides in West Chester, PA with her family.


brian_odonnellBrian O’Donnell, Senior Vice President of Franchise Support

Brian has been with us since 1985 and has served as our Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Support since February 2014. He was Senior Vice President of Operations from 1997 to February 2014. He also serves as Vice President of Operations for ACI and ADC and ADCC and has held those positions since at least November 2008.


Bruce Chidsey, Vice President of Technical Services

bruce-chidseyBruce joined AAMCO in September 2007 as Vice President of Technical Services and New Product Development and has expanded his role to include heading Operations for the company’s Eastern Division. Prior to AAMCO, Bruce spent 27 years with Pep Boys Auto, most recently as the Corporate Vice President of Service Operations and Customer Relations. He brings a rare combination of technical and sales expertise to AAMCO’s franchisees with his current certifications as ASIA/ASE World Class Technician, Master Automotive, Master HD Truck, Master Engine Machinist, and Master Refinishing. Bruce is also a founding member and past Vice Chairman of the Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association (AMRA).


John Bethune, Dean of AAMCO University

John Bethune directs all training programs for AAMCO University since April 2017. Mr. Bethune has been involved in automotive aftermarket businesses for over 30 years, including as an
AAMCO Center franchisee from 1987 to 2008 in and around Orlando, Florida. Mr. Bethune became a multi-unit AAMCO franchisee, operating 2 centers at his peak ownership and 3 total centers during his
franchisee tenure, and he was elected by his fellow franchisees to lead local advertising programs. After successfully running AAMCO centers and selling those businesses to successor franchisees, he remained
in the industry and became Director of National Accounts for Transtar, a major aftermarket parts supplier, from 2008 to 2016. Earlier in his career, he was an educator in New Zealand and Australia.
